VIRB Education Hub's employability program for the School Leaver Employment
Supports (S.L.E.S.) is designed to assist young people with disabilities in their transition from school to the workforce. The program focuses on building social, emotional, and practical employability skills tailored to each participant's unique needs and goals.

The VIRB Employability Program is designed to be flexible and adaptable to fit within the uncovered needs of each participant and the needs of the group. The program guide serves as an outline of how each week shall be presented, but facilitators are encouraged to adjust activities and content as necessary.

How long does SLES support last?Our program provides 6 months of intensive support, followed by 6-18 months of ongoing guidance to ensure a smooth transition into employment.
