New Brand
We have changed our name and brand identity!
It was time for a change,
A face-lift was in order!
We felt that the Fourth Quadrant Foundation as a brand was to obscure, not providing enough clarity of who we are and what we do.
We would like to welcome you to VIRB (Virtues Improving Relational Behaviours). We feel that this communicates our vision and mission much more clearly. Thanks for being on this journey with us!
The Journey
2019-2021
Our Founder began delivering motivational talks and facilitating intervention programs in schools as a sole trader, full-time in 2019.
2021 - 2023
As the small business grew, began hiring permanent staff and entering into contracts with schools, the next step was to incorporate. In 2021, the Fourth Quadrant Foundation PTY LTD was born, a lease for a head office space on the Sunshine Coast and a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) with the Department of Education were both signed.
2023 - NOW
In 2023, a decision was made to change the name and brand of the company that better communicated its mission and purpose. VIRB was born, was certified as a Social Enterprise and opened it's first Education Hub.
